Introduction of 309S, 310S, 253MA High Temperature Stainless Steel Sheets

Heat-resistant steels are commonly used in the manufacture of boilers, steam turbines, industrial furnaces, and aviation, petrochemical, and other industrial sectors that operate at high temperatures.
309S 🙁 0Cr23Ni13 )

Features: Can withstand repeated heating below 980 °C, with high temperature strength and oxidation resistance, carburizing resistance.

Uses: furnace materials.
310S: (0Cr25Ni20)
Features: Suitable for the production of various furnace components, the maximum temperature of 1200 °C, continuous use temperature of 1150 °C.
Uses: furnace materials, automotive purification equipment materials.
253MA :
Characteristics: 253MA of Avesta Sheffield Co., Ltd. is a heat-resistant austenitic stainless steel designed for applications requiring high creep strength and good corrosion resistance. Its operating temperature range is 850-1100 °C.

Uses: In addition to the alloying elements chromium and nickel, this grade of stainless steel also contains a small amount of rare earth metal (Rare Earth Metals, REM), thereby significantly improving its antioxidant capacity. Nitrogen is added to improve the creep properties and make this steel completely austenite. Although the chromium and nickel contents are relatively low, such stainless steels have in many cases the same high temperature properties as highly alloyed alloy steels and nickel base alloys.
